I received your letter of the 13th inst enclosing a Muster Rolls for the month of June & Pay Roll for May, June & July 1796. The pay Roll has been compared with the Muster Roll forwarded by Colo Mentges and the amount found due being four hundred & ten dollars 53/100 you will receive from Nicholas Fish Supervisor New York for which sum you will be held accountable for the due application of the same agreeably to the enclosed Receipt Roll.
Thomas Fisher enlisted 13th April 1796 & was paid by Captain Miller to the end of that month, consequently his pay commences on the 1st of May. John Kelleys pay for the month of April was stopt as he was in confinement for repeated Desertions.
