I will thank you to send me a copy of the ordnance [strikethrough: ord'nance] Stores, and all other [undecipherable] [undecipherable] Shipp'd for this frontier for the use of the troops in the case of Cap^t Eaton. he is now on his trial under several charges exhibited against him by Ensign [undecipherable], and very probable the Court will Adjourn until I hear from you I expect every day to Receive orders for advancing the troops higher up the Country for which I am preparing boats at this place, as there are neither Horses nor waggons to be had here, neither is there roads, or a possibility of making of Such as would answer for the conveyance of the Military Stores I have in this State I shall be very glad to hear from you at all times particularly on the business that relates to Cap^t Eaton, which I beg leave to refer you to M^r Price for the particulars of that business, who lately Sailed from this place for Philadelphia and can give a very descriptive account as you will find him a man of observations.
