at West Point, for the money placed in your hands by him as well as that remitted to you for the Pay of the Corps for the month of May by rendering an account Current charging the monies paid (for which proper vouchers must accompany the account) and crediting the monies received. No charges are to be introduced into the account but for such Payments as have been made to absentees for the Corps & for Contingencies therefor, for which you have received Directions from this Office. The Balance remaining in your hands you will pay to Mr Freeman taking his Rect the account to be Subject to a revision at this Office.
