In my letter of the 5th instant I enclosed Mr Ernest's statement of the instructions under which he as Contractor purchased a Quantity of Flour which he has now on hand — Mr Ernest is very importunate to deliver the flour which he says is now at the Risque of the U.S. I wait with impatience for Instructions from you respecting this business.
