Agreeably to my promise I herewith enclose you a Sheatament of Masts Spares & Plank, wanted by the 11th which I was requested to enquire, the lowest terms they can be procured and the probable terms they can be cutdown on, at — suitable places for Sheepemont.
I have therefore to request you will please to State your lowest terms, in Writing for the whole or any part of the Masts, or other Mastaterials, and the terms necessary for procuring and delivering the Same, cutimate & beg may be as early as possible, that I may transmit them to the Secretary of War for his Consideration
