I received your letter of the 5th Inst together with the accompanying Pay & Muster Rolls which will be placed under Examination & the amount found due will be passed to your Credit on the Books of this Office.
The Remarks on the last transmission of Vouchers agreeably to the letter to you of the 25th Ulto were intended to prevent your making any subsequent payments contrary to the established Rule in this Office, and which you are requested to attend to accordingly.
