I received yesterday your favour letter of the 27th ulto last came care for this post, was agreeably to your request I have taken the most [undecipherable] opportunity of transmitting you Copies of the Instructions Given the Secretary of War respecting this Establishment and every arrangements to be made of, the Number into Apprenticeship at the Navy Yard
