Sir, Yours of the 21^st instant is received, the contents of which will doubtless be attended to by Major Craig on his return to this place about the latter end of the next week. James Hamilton, Waggoner, being destitute of the means of returning to Philadelphia, I have advanced him on [the] enclosed Receipt thirty dollars, which be pleased to place to the Credit of Major Craig.
