Captain Uriah Springer Department of War     Union town Accountants Office         Fayette County July 23^d. 1795 Sir I received your letter of the 10^th of April enclosing duplicate muster rolls of your recruits — The pay roll from the 1^st of Ap[ril] to 30^th June 1795 has been examined and after deducting your pay thereof amounts to two hundred and thirty two dollars and forty nine cents, which sum you will receive from Henry Miller Esq^r. Supervisor Penn^a. for which you will give him duplicate receipts to be accountable for the disbursement thereof agreeably to the inclosed receipt roll.
