arrivals at West point and there charge the Contract price there— It will also be settled (on your attesting thereto) by M^r Fleming when officers have been on furlough they have generally been allowed the Contract price of rations at the Seat of Government— this in the last year was 12½ Cents and the present 15 Cents — so that upon the whole I conceive if you are allowed 15 Cents it will be a sufficiency.
