arrivals at West point and there charge the Contract price there — It will also be satisfyed (on your attesting thereto) by M^r Fleming whose Officers have been on furlough they have generally been allowed the Contract price of Rations at the Seat of Government — this in the last year was 12½ Cents and the present 15 Cents — so that upon the whole I conceive if you are allowed 15 Cents it will be a sufficiency. He has received 100 Dollars on account which are to be Deducted therefrom. His Receipt on this Account after an examination by you will be a voucher for the payment.
