Major Craig being absent on a visit to Le Bœuf and Presquisle. Since the receipt of yours (this day) of the 16th inst I have seen Cap. Ernest who is disposed immediately to take the Oath which you require as a condition on which certain flour in the possession of the old Contractors is to be received for the United States.
