Sir,
I received your letter of the 10th of April enclosing duplicate muster rolls of your recruits — The pay roll from the 1st of [undecipherable] to 30th June 1795 has been examined and after deducting your pay there amounts to two hundred and thirty two dollars and forty nine cents, which sum you will receive from Henry Miller Esq.r Supervisor Penn.a for which you will give him duplicate receipts, to be accountable for the disbursements thereof, agreeably to the enclosed receipt roll.
Your pay has been deducted until your old recruiting accounts are settled.
