Sir
You are requested to pay to Capt Littlefields the sum of four Dollars out of Monies placed in Your hands by Mr Treasurer the amount of the enclosed Account of Bounty, and take his Receipt thereon which will be considered here as a Voucher for your payment and entered accordingly. Capt Littlefield, has written concerning the Pay of a Sergeant of his Company for the Month of May being with held, on a reference to the pay Note I find the Money, has been forwarded to you with that of the Corps for that Month. You will please therefore have it, Rectified and the Money paid to him.
