Your favor of the 23d of June came safe to hand on the 11 Instant — I thank you for your attention to me & [undecipherable] it is a considerable Accomodation to me to have them paid regularly — those on paid which are now out I believe are drawn particularly on the Estimate of May, I shall therefore & [undecipherable] you will [undecipherable] forward me balance to me which is in your Hands as I need it to make my payments you & [undecipherable]
