Sir You will find enclosed herewith Muster &pay Rolls of Cap.^t Crawfords detachment for March, April & May 1796 together with four accounts of Expenditures in your Department. there Accounts were paid previous to the receipt of yours of the 30^th ult. — hereafter all such charges shall be transmitted, together with relative papers, for your examination & approbation previous to payment. The several sums paid on the Rolls and accounts now transmitted amount to Dollars 1334. 86^⁄₁₀₀ cents as appears by the accompanying [undecipherable] Sam. Sir Your ob. Serv.
