Sir —
I received yours of the 19th June last, by Capt Eastwood, together with the Stores, shipt by you for Capt Rickard, which I have forwarded on to him, and by his request, have paid the freights from this place to Tarborough, amounting to seven dollars, for this sum I have taken the necessary Vouchers. —
I would prefer if Agreeable to you, to have orders from the Treasury Department, to make a charge of that sum in my Next Quarterly Accounts with the United States. — you will please to inform me of your Determination as soon as convenient. — I am With due Respect
