The reason of their being ordered square was that it would save a deal of trouble and expense in countersinking such a number of bolts on enquiry I find no injury [undecipherable] to have been done to Iron bolts by the copper above the floor head a second futtock [undecipherable]. Therefore unless the bolt Iron is already rounded I must request you will be pleased to act agreeably to the original instructions given from this Office.
