Mr Frederick Dalshe Surgeon Mate being about to proceed to Charlestown there to remain under your Command, I conceive it proper that you should be in- formed, that he has given a power of Attorney for three hundred and fifty one dollars to be paid at this office out of his pay and forage as the same becomes due which— will be accordingly done when ever you forward the Muster Rolls.
