I have to Request that you will pay to Capt Edwd Miller out of the Monies placed into your hands — by Lieut Freeman, The sum of One hundred and Seventy Six Dollars being the amount of the enclosed list of Retained bounties due the Men enlisted by him on which you will take his rect to be accountable and transmit the same to this Office which will be entered to your Credit.
