I have notwithstanding this admitted the whole amount of Cap^t Bissells Rolls to your credit as the Muster Roles do not show that he has relinquished his pay. The amount of Ensign Thompsons for expenses I have suspended entering as there are no vouchers accompanying it. They must be forwarded before it can be examined.
