Ellicott will want the following articles for running the Boundary line between the United States and the territories of his Catholic Majesty. One markee with a fly. One horseman's tent with a fly. One tent to defend the Sector when in use; and Six common tents. The Sector tent must be in a particular form, which [strikethrough: he] M^r. Ellicott will prescribe; and he will want some alteration to be made in the body of the markee, which he will also direct. You will please to have the above prepared, and ready to be delivered, either to the Order of the Secretary of State or M^r. Ellicott.
