Description

Despite his best efforts, Indians are frequently drunk. No liquor has officially entered camp, so Seagrove assumes it was furnished by the garrison or the contractors to the Indians. Seagrove requests no Indians be allowed alcohol. Mentioned spies and people sent to destroy relations with U.S.
