I Received Your letter of the 6th Inst together with the Necessity Rolls of the Recruits under your Command for the Month of April 1796 & the Pay & Muster Rolls for the Month of May, the former has been examined and the sum of Two hundred and eighteen Dollars 6/10 was to be passed to yr Credit
Your Recruits will be paid with the other Troops at Westpoint for the Month of May.
