From the foregoing you will not hesitate to pay the balance of your account to the Paymaster Genl which after deducting from the former balance the amount of George Dougherty's bounty & Premium leaves Seventy Nine Dollars due the United States —
The Balance of Bounty due to yours & Enst Thompson's Recruits will be paid by the Pay Master —
