That the supplies shall be furnished by [O'Hara?] in such quantities at the post of [Chickasaw?], [Mackinac?], Sandusky, Detroit, [Niagara?] and Oswego, as that there shall always be sufficient for the consumption of the troops for the space of at least [6?] months in advance [undecipherable] and wholesome provisions; and that there shall be if required at each of the other posts mentioned and provisions as far as in the [Contract?] such quantities of like provisions as shall be sufficient for the consumption of the troops for the space of at least [undecipherable] months in advance. — [Fourth?]. That the whiskey and country distilled [spirits?] to be furnished under this Contract shall be of good [marketable?] quality, and in case any difference of [opinion?] respecting the same shall arise between the person [administering?] [undecipherable] on the part of the United States, and the said James O'Hara or his Agent — The first shall immediately [undecipherable] — [Fifth?].
