Barry observing that some Man had mentioned; or Rather some blockhead, that our Night heads, were not raised with the Stem of the frigate — The report must have arisen from ignorance, or from Some evil design, as the Night heads, were fayed & Bolted to the Apron, and the whole with the Stem, after being properly united, and Secured, were raised together — M^r Humphreys I am told has another arrival of live oak — I am Your Ob^t &c.
