from the 1st Jany to the 31 March 1796 inclusive for which sum
you will please to sign Duplicate Receipts

been examined and will be passed to your Credit, as also the Receipt
of Eleanor Donnan for the pay of her Brother Wm. Donnans —
The pay role for the Months of January & February 1796 —
has been examined and found Right amounting to Four hundred
Sixty Dollars and twenty six Cents which fund you will receive
of Daniel Stevens Supervisor Charleston and for which you will
please sign Duplicate Receipts to be accountable —
Inclosed you have, Blank Musters pay and receipt Roles —
