[endorsement notation, rotated 90°, undecipherable] Phil^a April 11^th 1796 — Sir, Major Craig has received pay and emoluments as Deputy Quarter Master General from the fifteenth of February 1791 to the first day of January 1793 at the rate of Eighty Dollars and [undecipherable] Cents per month. The sum proposed as additional salary does [undecipherable] to cover to Eleven hundred and [undecipherable] Dollars in [undecipherable] that period.
