I Received your Letter of the 31 Ulto — and have to inform you that your pay, may be included in the Pay and Muster Rolls of the Troops at Fort Norfolk. I therefore enclose You Blank Muster & Pay Rolls to Muster your Men — Monthly and forward it, together with a pay Role to this Office where Yours and their Pay will be forwarded. The Muster Role must be sworn to before a Magistrate
