The Accounts and Bonds of Capt Hartshorne as well as your receipt to Charles Hyde for [undecipherable] have also come to hand — I have again to request that you will transmit a Statement of your account and the vouchers accompanying the same agreeably to the Instructions of Comptroller [undecipherable] in each Quarter, as I find much difficulty from the want of them.
