The Accounts and Bond of Cap^t Hartshorne as well as Your receipt to Charles Hyde for [undecipherable] have also come to hand — I have again to request that you will transmit a statement of your account and the vouchers accompanying the same agreeably to the Instructions of Comptroller [undecipherable] in each Quarter, as I find much difficulty from the want of them. If you forwards your accounts Quarterly they might be sent by post, as they would not be so bulky as to require a person for that purpose. I am &c William Simmons
