you will please pay to Capt Edwards Millery at Middletown being for the
pay of himself & Men to 31 March 1794 for which sum he will sign —
duplicate Receipts to be accountable for the due application thereof.

of yourself and Men to 31st March 1794 for which sum you will sign duplicate
receipts to be answerable for the due application thereof agreeable to the enclosed
receipt Rolls — I herewith return your Recruiting Accounts as which has
come under an Examination and the objections noted as pr remarks enclosed
it will be proper that you state an Account Current charging yourself with
what Money you have Received for the Recruiting Service and Credit the Amount
of your Receipts after which make Oath that the Balance due [is] pr [undecipherable]
