Caleb Swan Esq^r Department of War Head Quarters of the Army Accountants Office, April 9. 1794 Sir I received your letter of the 3^d ult^o and the duplicate Statement to general Wilkinson exhibiting the deficiency in the estimates of the Army pay for 1795 which was laid before the Secretary of War who will take the necessary steps to the Money forwarded as soon as possible. The Accounts and Bond of Capt Stakelhorne as well as your receipt to Charles Foyde jun have also come to hand.
