I have received your Letter of the 12th 1812 with the enclosures. The receipt rolls for pay of yourself Ensign Robert Givens and the Men under your Command for the Months of September, October, November & December 1795 amounting to the sum of Seven hundred Sixteen Dollars and fifty three Cents, has been examined and will be passed to your Credit, as also the receipt of Francis Duncan for the pay of his Brother Wm Duncan.
The pay rolls for the Months of January & February 1796 has been examined and found right amounting to Four hundred forty Dollars and twenty one Cents which sum you will receive of Daniel Stover Supervisor Martinsburg and for which you will please sign duplicate receipts to be accountable—
