The Secretary of the Treasury has been requested to direct the Purveyor to purchase a quantity of Articles for the use of the Commissioners appointed to hold the treaty with the Creek Indians at Coleraine in Georgia. and also for the troops in that State.
As soon as the said articles are delivered, please to have them packed up and put on board the sloop William, together with the following articles now in the public Store. to wit One hundred suits of Infantry Clothing. Forty Iron Camp Kettles, Seventy five stand of Arms complete. Two hundred Wooden Canteens, thirty common Tents with Poles five Reams Musket Cartridge Paper. Twenty Company Books twenty orderly Books. Twelve Boxes of Wafers, twelve large Black lead pencils Six Penknives —
