I hope before this reaches your Honour you will have granted my request for som Money as I have truly and urgent calls there for — in the privet affairs of life tis useful and in Public both Necessary &essential. it gives new life and energy to the bufsness and there is a wide deference between purchasing with, if you will be pleased to Credit me; and Cash in hand. For my desire to make the Public the same savings in their bufsness that an Individual would have a write to expect in his one And on this principle beg you will pardon the Urgency of a speedy supply to settle for the last Quarter.
