I have received your letters of the 13 Ulti with the enclosures And Receipts for pay of yourself Ensign Robert Sirrans and the men under your Command for the Months of September October November & December 1795 amounting to the sum of Seven hundred Sixteen Dollars and fifty three Cents, has been examined and will be passed to your Credit as also the Receipt of Frances Donnan for the pay of her Brother Wm Donnan ———
The pay rolls for the Months of January & February 1796 have been examined and found right amounting to Four hundred sixty Dollars and twenty six Cents which fund you will receive of Danels Stevens Supervisors Charleston and for which you will please sign duplicate Receipts to be accountable —
Inclosed you have Blanks Musters pay and receipt Rolls —
