I received your Letter of the 31 Ulto and have to inform you that your pay, may be included in the Pay and Muster Rolls of the Troops at Fort Norfolk. I therefore inclose Blank Muster & Pay Rolls to Muster upon them Monthly and forward duly together with a Pay Roll to this office when yours and their Pay will be forwarded. The Muster Rolls must be sworn to before a Magistrate.
