The Accounts and Bond of Capt Hawthorne as well as your receipt to Charles Hyde for have also come to hand — I have again to request that you will transmit a statement of your account and the vouchers accompanying the same agreeably to the Instructions of Comptroller Jones in each Quarter, as I find great difficulty from the want of them. If you forwards your accounts Quarterly they might be sent by Post, as they would not be so bulky as to require, as persons for that purpose.
