There is not any person appointed as Clerk of the yard, the foreman calls the Roll and my son pays the Workmen, I cannot tell you who is supposed to have the Charge of the Articles, Vizt Whether, the Purvisor, the Superintendant or my self, let that be as it may, I have considered it my duty to take all the care of them in my Power
