I have therefore again to request that you will not delay forwarding your account and vouchers as pay Master to the late Legion — The necessity of your complying with this request must appear obvious to your when you reflect how long you have been standing upon the Books of this office. I hope you will prevent any further requisitions from this Office by forwarding the papers immediately —
