I received your Letter of 25 Ult. &
to inform you that your pay must be included on the pay roll
with the detachment under your Command — you no doubt
received Instructions from Col. Rochefontaine to muster
Men Monthly, but lest you may be in want of pay and
Rolls for that purpose I enclose you herewith some,
your men are mustered you are to make out a pay roll &
forward them to this office, when received they will be
out without delay.

Instruments you forwarded. It will be necessary that you
out a recruiting Account — a form of which you no doubt have
and forward it together with the Receipts for Bounty Paid to this
Office when received and examined Mr Freeman will be given
Instructions to pay the same.
