West Point Sir I have received your letters of the 18th Inst. together with the enclosures contained therein. The Receipts Rolls when examined will be passed to your credit and the amounts of the Pay Rolls will be sent to Mr. Fish as usual - The copies of your letters to Colo. Rochefontaine and of his to you I will lay before the Secretary of War, and write to you the result thereof. -
