I am favord with yours of 2d & am sorry to hear they have determind on not finishing the whole of the Frigates as they must be wanting Peace or War should the Materials be sold, shall avail my self of the Opportunity of purchasing but I can… be [undecipherable: reconcild] to your Continuing in the War Office for the Salaries given is not worth a Man of Abilities taking.
