Lieutenant William Wilson will proceed to New York to receive for me the said sum. In the list of differences on the pay roll from West Point, I observe the pay at Doctor Griffith is deducted. I wrote you on the 5^th of February, that he has been paid at this place for the months of December and January, and I now enclose you the Commandant's orders to me to make the payment. Jordan Hesley of Capt.
