In answer to which I have to inform you that such part thereof as relates to the Commission on monies actually received from this Office and paid, will be settled here. You will therefore render your account there. - - as soon as an examination of the account takes place the amount found due will be remitted to you. - This is the mode in which all payments are made from this Office to Supervisors for Commissions.
