That whereas we were promised the remaining part our Bounty as soon as we joined the Regt. which has not taken place according to the promise and as our your petitioners have been drafted out of Capt. Tompkins Company in 2 Batt. Capt. & Monitors of the 4th and being Sensible that Capt.
