Haltisen, he having advanced to you the sum of 100 Dollars for the Recruiting service and on the Settlement of Capt. Haltisen's accounts he produced your account for recruiting amounting to 63 Dollars which was passed to his credit, leaving a balance of 37 dolls due to him. — I have therefore admitted the balance appearing due you to the Credit of Capt. Haltisen to refund him so much more of the sum he advanced you.
