Inclosed is the vouchers for the expenditures of the Ordnance department at this Post amounting to £58.3. 6.. 0.. I have Settled with the Workmen and there is due to them & others £140. 0.. 0.. to include my pay to the 1st of december 1795 there is due to me about 70 prios the Workmen are in greant want of there money as well as myself. I shall be greatly obliged to you to Sendit on as soon as may be convenient the accountant informs me that my accounts are not settled owing to Sundry imperfections and want of Vouchers. I wish to know what vouchers are wanting before I pay of the men —
