Shepherds Town Dec. 31^st 1795 Sir Inclosed is a return of such public Stores as I have rec'd. since my last return I Shall get more of the Stores in the hands of the Cavalry, but such as are yet to collect will be very tedious getting together being very much scattered about the Country my Accounts for monies expended accompanies this and are some short of what I expected the amount would be when I wrote you last, owing to my not having in the Workmans Accounts at Winchester for repairs th of the residue of Virginia Arms — Dep't of Tents, not being completed — I do not send an estimate for monies wanting because the amount will be small and I shall be in Philadelphia in a short time.
